Eldar Guliyev

Eldar is the broker and owner of Kwizi Realty. After working with sellers, buyers and investors, and being an investor himself, Eldar wanted to establish the company with the idea of servicing the community for all of their Real Estate needs. He wants his customers to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. To do that, he brought the best in the business under one roof!

Tahir Mukhtarov

Tahir has a passion for flipping houses. He has a knack for finding properties whose value has the potential to increase exponentially! It also means he has a great eye and lots of connections to contractors, landscapers and anyone else you might need to buy cheaper and sell for a profit! He has killer instincts when it comes to selling, and as your agent, you'll have those too.

Khalid Gozal

Khalid has his finger on the pulse of everything financial. Zhanna Van Mater

Zhanna's specialty is locating unique projects for investment opportunities. She worked mainly with international buyers assisting them in finding development projects as well as residential vacation properties. Zhanna is known for her persistence and efficiency. Her main focus is client satisfaction, as clients always come first. She is licensed in Texas and California.
